Abundance? Glut! We arrived here in Autumn, and the garden that had been planted by the previous owners had passed its peak, except for the tomatoes. We picked and made tomato paste for weeks, and froze it for pasta sauce. The ones that left it too late to ripen, ended up in a few pots of green tomato chutney.
