| Howard is credited with the liner notes for the Masters Now
that it's over compilation (1974). Jim Keays contacted me about
ten years ago and asked 'Did I know where the film was?'. I found the
16mm Ektachrome original stored at the lab, and gave it to him with the
1/4 inch tapes, only
asking for a credit for us both (and a synced up video cassette when the
film was transferred to tape). Maybe he never did sync it all, I haven't seen last year's ABC Turn-up your Video release so I'm still waiting, but it was nice to see these clips in the Long Way doco.
On the next screens are some of the stills I took while we were shooting
those Masters sequences, and a couple of a band practice
session that Howard asked me to do for Ross Hannaford (was
he also friend?) who at the time was forming a new group. |
